Suggestion for RSC Kale

So I think it would be interesting to instead of having the wilderness, you could have infinate switching between pvp and non pvp mode, and just having pvp for those who are using it open across the world. Then what you could have is a clan system where competing armies might form and then you could get gigantic battles across the world propped up by skillers. (sorry I didn't use pk instead of pvp, tis' the end of rs uniqueness???)
