STS203C for RSC Uranium

Hey, I've published a version of the classic RSC bot by Reines for RSC Uranium, with some little fixes just to make it more stable. 39 STS scripts and 28 SBoT scripts are included.

You need JDK 8 to use STS.

For those looking for a headless ("shell") bot to run on a server without a GUI, there is also STSHell, the headless version of STS: https://gitlab.com/StormyRSC/stshell

STSHell is obviously a little bit more complicated to use.
